Caldwell Investments has disclosed plans to implement series redesignations across several funds, with all processing, costs, and associated expenses covered by the Manager. Each series redesignation will occur at the respective series net asset value per unit on the effective date of the redesignation.
Furthermore, the Manager has outlined intentions to terminate Series D and Series M of Caldwell North American Fund, along with Series D of Tactical Sovereign Bond Fund, effective May 31, 2021. Notably, there are currently no investors in these series. To prepare for the forthcoming terminations, Series D and Series M of Caldwell North American Fund, as well as Series D of Tactical Sovereign Bond Fund, are now closed to new purchases.

In a recent announcement, Caldwell Investment revealed plans to redesignate all issued and outstanding Series D units of Caldwell U.S. Dividend Advantage Fund and Caldwell Canadian Value Momentum Fund to Series F units, effective May 31, 2021. Consequently, Series D of both funds is now closed to new purchases in anticipation of the redesignations. Following the completion of the redesignation process, Series D of Caldwell U.S. Dividend Advantage Fund and Caldwell Canadian Value Momentum Fund will be terminated.
